1. Using the app
Lucky Gems ("the App") is a casual match-3 puzzle game designed for entertainment. By using the App, you agree to do so lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the developer.
- Disrupt, disable, or interfere with the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or any related systems.
2. Not a gambling product
Lucky Gems is a relaxation puzzle, not a gambling or gaming-of-chance product. There is no real money, no wagering, no purchasable currency, and nothing to cash out. In-game scores and stars have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
3. Intellectual property
All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, gem artwork, game logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by LUCKY GEMS LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.
4. Intended audience
The App is intended for a general adult audience (18 and over). It contains no explicit or inappropriate content and no gambling mechanics.
5. No account, no data collection
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information. It contains no third-party trackers or analytics. Preferences and progress are stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Provided "as is"
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCKY GEMS LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Changes and updates
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
